The International Probiotic Conference 2008 was a well organized event with convergences between academia, the research faculty and the commercial industry in the business of probiotics. The topics were designed in such a way that on one side there was an emphasis on probiotic research and on the other side there was the knowledge & experience sharing of these research converted into commercial and therapy application. I look forward to the next International Probiotic Conference.
