Language
The official language of the conference and conference documents will be English. No simultaneous translation will by provided.

Participation and Conference Fee
Please, complete and return the registration form before the end of January 2008 to insure that you receive 2nd annoucement in February 2008. Please feel free to inform your colleagues who might be interested in the conference. Accompanying persons are welcome.

All fees are including VAT.

* Reduced fee is valid for participants from Africa (exception: South Africa); America (exception: Canada, USA); Asia (exception: Israel, Japan, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arabian Emirates); Europe (exception: EU Countries, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland).

Hotel reservations will be confirmed when the Organising Secretariat has received your credit card information.
Admission to the conference will be granted only if the Organising Secretariat has received the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring a copy of their receipt to the conference. Failure to show this receipt on request gives the Organising Secretariat the right to charge the full amount prior to admission.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to Organising Secretariat. The amount of the refunded portion of the registration fees depends on the time of written notification:
Until April 30, 2008 full refund minus bank charges
After May 1st, 2008 no refund

Continuing Medical Education
The Scientific Comittee is now in the process of obtaining Slovak Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education credits (http://saccme.cme.sk/sz/p1/id1895/702/Medzinarodna-probioticka-konferenc...) in conjunction with participation in the educational sessions.

Passport and visas
All visitors entering Slovakia must be in possesion of a valid passport. For European Community citizens an Identity Card is sufficent. Participant should check the Slovak Embassy or Consulate in their country regarding visa and health certificate requirements.

Accommodation and meals
Accommodation and meals will be reserved. More information will be provided later.

The Conference will take place at High Tatras in splendid area of Grand Hotel Bellevue.

High Tatras are located in continental climate. Average June temprature is about 21 °C (70 °F).

Insurance
The Organizer cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of, or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of congress. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
Mountain Rescue Insurance for individual tours will be available at the hotel reception.

Travel
By air you will arrive to Poprad-Tatry airport (TAT) or Kosice airport (KSC) from any country in the World. We will provide coach service from Poprad and Kosice airports to the conference.
